🛵 Ordering & Delivery
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver within 5km of Collie. Your exact address is confirmed at checkout. If you're outside our delivery area, only the pickup option will be available.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat fee of $9.00. Pickup is always free.
How long will my order take?
Allow 30–50 minutes for delivery and 15–25 minutes for pickup from the time your order is confirmed. You can select a preferred time slot at checkout.
Can I schedule an order in advance?
Yes! Select a preferred delivery or pickup time slot during checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed as our kitchen starts preparing immediately. If you've made an error, contact us as soon as possible at admin@colliefieldspizza.com.au.
💳 Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering.
Is it safe to pay online?
Yes. Stripe is PCI-DSS certified. We never store your card details on our servers.
🍕Menu & Food
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes — selected pizzas have a gluten-free base (marked GF on the menu). Our kitchen handles gluten-containing products so we can't guarantee a fully GF environment. Coeliac customers please contact us before ordering.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes! We have a dedicated Vegan & Plant-Based section on our menu. Look for the V, VG and PB badges on menu items.
What allergens are in your food?
Our kitchen uses gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy and sesame. See our Allergen & Nutrition page for full details.
How do the combo deals work?
Click “Add to Order” on any combo. A popup guides you through your selections step by step, then you add to cart when done.
Are your pizzas made fresh?
Every order is made fresh — we never pre-make or reheat. Worth the short wait!

Yes! The Colliefields Pizza is a new pizza-focused brand from the same owners as the original Colliefields Hotel — a Collie institution since 1897. Same local family, brand new flavours.
